METHOD OF COLLECTING PERSONAL DATA
The method of collecting your personal data may vary depending on the service, product, or commercial activity provided by our Company. This data can be collected through our offices, branches, authorized dealers, call centers, websites, social media channels, and mobile applications.
STORAGE PERIOD OF PERSONAL DATA
Our Company will retain your personal data for the duration necessary to fulfill the processing purposes mentioned above. Additionally, in the event of any disputes that may arise, our Company may store your personal data exclusively for the purpose of mounting necessary defenses within the context of the dispute and in compliance with the statute of limitations as determined by applicable legislation.
RECIPIENTS OF PERSONAL DATA AND PURPOSE OF TRANSFER
Your personal data may be shared with domestic and/or foreign group companies, subsidiaries, shareholders, business partners, suppliers, authorized public institutions, and individuals in accordance with the provisions of Articles 8 and 9 of the Law. This sharing is conducted in line with the purposes outlined in the first article of this Data Processing Information Notice.

Our Company commits:

- to implement the required technical and administrative measures to maintain an appropriate level of security, thereby safeguarding personal data and conducting necessary audits.
Our Company will not disclose the personal data we have collected about you to any third parties in contravention of the terms outlined in this Data Processing Information Notice, the regulations of the Personal Data Protection Law, and applicable legislation. We will not utilize this data for any purposes other than those related to processing.
In cases where our website provides links to other applications, it’s important to note that our Company does not assume responsibility for the privacy policies and content of these external applications.
YOUR RIGHTS REGARDING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA
We would like to inform you that you have the following rights regarding your personal data pursuant to Article 11 of the Law:
- To learn whether your personal data are processed or not,
- To request information if your personal data are processed,
- To learn the purpose of your data processing and whether such data are used for intended purposes,
- To learn the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data have been transferred,
- If personal data is processed incompletely or inaccurately, to request correction of the same and request for such correction to be informed to the third parties to whom the personal data is transferred,
- Although processed in compliance with Law and provisions of other applicable laws, if reasons for processing are no longer available, to request the erasure or destruction of your personal data and to request for such transaction to be informed to the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred,
- To object to the occurrence of a result against you by analyzing the data processed solely through automated systems,
- To claim compensation for the damage arising from the unlawful processing of your personal data.
If you submit your requests in writing to us, the Data Controller, at Esentepe Mah. Müselles Sk. No.1 K.5-6-7 Şişli/İstanbul, or via secure electronic signature or mobile signature to abhturizmtemsilcilik@hs03.kep.tr, or via the email address, which you have previously communicated to our Company and registered in our systems, to info@julesverne.com.tr, we will assess and provide a response within 30 (thirty) days. When you, as the Data Subject, submit requests, certain information must be included in your application. This information consists of your name, surname, your signature if the application is in writing, your Turkish ID number or your nationality if you are a foreigner, your passport number or your ID number, if applicable, your residential or work address for notifications, your email address for notifications, if available, your telephone and fax number, and the subject of the request. When our Company provides written responses to requests, no fees will be applied for responses consisting of up to ten pages. However, please note that for responses exceeding ten (10) pages, our Company reserves the right to charge a fee in accordance with the fee schedule established by applicable legislation. If the response to your application is provided in a recording medium such as a CD or flash memory, our Company may charge you the cost associated with the recording medium.
AMENDMENTS TO THIS NOTICE
Our Company reserves the right to modify the provisions of this Notice at any time by making them publicly available. Any provisions amended by our Company will take effect on the date of their publication.
